After 20 years experience in the fire/smoke & water restoration industry, owners Tom Kollar and Lee Godinez have found a better way to operate a company. They’ve built a strong team of experienced caring professionals who care for the customer who truly enjoy their job in helping people get their lives back in order after unexpected events. Tom and Lee often state that “caring is what it’s all about.” All of their employees care for the customer and truly enjoy their job in helping people.

Jerry Needham is the director of sales & marketing. His objective is to make sure the right message gets out to all customers. Jerry comes from a long career in the business to business sector with Sears Industrial Sales and brings the same caring attitude to Assurance.
